1:1 Personal Training

Details:

  • In-Person Sessions: $100 per session, 50 minutes

  • Virtual Sessions: $80 per session, 50 minutes

  • Minimum of 2 Sessions per Week

Small Group Training in person: Napa, CA

We start with a focused 1:1 session every 3-6 weeks, where we explore your fitness goals and adjustments. After each session, you'll get a customized program and a workout video for self-guidance. This approach will provide the tools and support to achieve your fitness goals independently. Your journey is personal, and I am here to help!
