I am 64 years young and real fitness has been an elusive goal of mine. I have spent years on and (mostly) off trying to find a personal trainer in the gym setting to get me to where I wanted to be physically. Frustrated by their inattention, lack of knowledge and unfortunately youth, I gave up time and time again. When I moved to Napa I ran across Jeni’s website by accident. I called her and set up my first appointment at my home. That was 4 1/2 years ago. Today I am stronger and more confident physically than I have ever been. Jeni has taken me on an incredible journey.  She is personable, knowledgeable, patient and above all professional. She believed in me and I truly believe in her. I highly recommend Jeni as a personal trainer. Give her a call. But you won’t get my daily spot. I’m never leaving!”

“I have been working out with Jeni every Tuesday and Wednesday morning for 2+ years and 250+ classes now. Jeni’s positive encouragement and well thought out lessons keeps my body challenged, even after all the classes we’ve had together! “Keeping up with an exercise program is as important as a good diet. Unfortunately for me, I have a habit of procrastinating about my exercise. But now that I have found Jeni, I have a coach who gets me excited to do my hour long workout twice a week. I have noticed that I have more strength and endurance since she started coming to help me.
