I’m a certified personal trainer—and I’m in this stage of life too. I get the perimenopause shifts, muscle loss after 35, joint changes, hormonal ups and downs, and the mental upheaval of midlife (understatement of the year). I don’t coach punishment—I do challenge you, because that’s my job.

Individualized Program Design
This program offers a flexible fitness option without needing regular sessions. We'll meet in person or online to talk about your goals, check your form, and understand your needs. I’ll create a personalized workout plan for you and record a session so you can have a personalized video to workout at your convenience. You'll only need to meet once every 3 to 6 weeks where you can ask questions and stay on track.
