More about me:

Hi there, I’m Jeni…a passionate mom of two boys, married to Andrew, and residing in Napa, CA.

My journey to fitness began long ago; I danced from age 8 through college, which took me to incredible places like Japan, New Zealand, Venezuela, China, and Australia. Initially a dance major at the University of Colorado Boulder, I ultimately earned a degree in Psychology. In college, I faced the challenge of an eating disorder, but I am incredibly grateful that I had early intervention from my parents and counselors, I was able to not only get through an eating disorder but use my personal experience to help so many of my clients that have struggled. Many women have issues around food and their body and I am passionate about helping women get out of yo-yo dieting and black & white thinking.

So how did I become a personal trainer? After graduating college, I turned to long-distance running, which led me to discover the power of cross-training with a personal trainer—an experience that transformed both my body and life. While living newly married in Sydney, Australia, I was able to shift professional gears and went back to Uni to get my personal training certifications and launch my business, which has flourished since returning to Napa. I thrive on working with women who are ready for meaningful change; my holistic approach to fitness emphasizes customization and strong relationships. If you’re looking to shift your body, mindset, and life, I invite you to reach out and see if we are a good fit for this journey together.
