This program offers a flexible fitness option without needing regular sessions. We'll meet in person or online to talk about your goals, check your form, and understand your needs. I’ll create a personalized workout plan for you and record a session so you can do it at your convenience. You'll only need to meet once every 3 to 6 weeks where you can ask questions and stay on track.
